Gravity Flow Rack

    Gravity flow rack is a kind of storage system that utilize goods itself weight to achieve movement along the storage depth direction. It is more often used with roller bed, and tilted fixing up. FIFO picking mode, goods pallet is to be delivered into slide track from the high end of the rack slope and slide down by dint of the guide wheel one by one; goods-picking is from the low end of the slope followed by subsequent pallet sliding down one by one. Pallet goods are to be in-put & out-put on each slide track, it is suitable for the vulnerable goods and the goods with big quantity, the same category, short duration storage. Warehouse utilization rate is extremely high, operation cost is lower, but there are special requirements for the aisle layout.
